What kinds of foods do you bring on road trip?
We like to carry anti-inflammatory foods!
I hate to say it, but many folks may take the easy way out and pack unhealthy and processed snacks and possibly consume 5000 calories or more before even arriving at the destination!
If you want to consume less, the key is planning!!
We’ve been on many road trips and always bring along healthy anti-inflammatory foods.
Anti-Inflammatory foods should be part of a healthy diet because they decrease inflammation in the body and can provide natural pain relief.

We usually pack a bigger ice chest too, so we can eat anti inflammatory foods throughout the trip!
When traveling, drinking lots of water is important and so is stopping for a stretch and potty break every couple of hours!
