Recently, my Nutritional Therapist told me about the benefits of hot lemon water.

According to MindBodyGreen.com drinking lemon water in the morning has many benefits including:

  • Balances PH
  • Helps with weight loss
  • Aids digestion
  • Acts as a gentle natural diuretic
  • Clears skin
  • Hydrates the lymph system

Lemons are an excellent source of vitamin C and a good source of B complex vitamins.

Lemons have powerful antibacterial properties and are alkalizing for the body.

Why Hot Instead of Cold?

Drinking it warm helps extract vitamin C and Polyphenols from both the lemon and its peel.
