My husband loves to include this healthy drink as part of his healthy lifestyle.
Here’s a simple green drink that you can make in a couple of minutes!
- A couple shakes of Spirulina
- 1 carton of Almond Milk
- 1 Banana
- 1 Organic Apple
- 6 Organic Dates
- 1 Bag of Organic Mixed Greens
Blend all in the Vitamix and pour into Blender bottles. It’s that simple and tasty too!
Did you know that you could replace sugar with organic dates?
I usually add dates to most green drinks.
Why eat sugar when this is a great substitute?
Dates are high in fiber, minerals and vitamins and they improve bone health!
