Creative Thinking Techniques Help Your Brain!

So, my friend Linda is the most creative and organized person I know.

Her spotless house is full of beautiful decor and she created most of it.

She taught me how to create cool decor from liquor bottles and it’s been a fun process.

Sometimes we get together with our bottles and craft for hours and hours.

Linda eats, drinks, and sleeps creativity, and I’m in awe of her.

She was born to craft and always has new and exciting ideas! She even repurposes and refinishes amazing furniture!

Most of the bottles I’ve crafted are because she gave me tips and instruction on what to do.

To be honest, I’m definitely not as creative when it comes to crafting bottles.

Creating posts and online graphics is how my creative juices flow!

Basically, we both are creative in different ways.

Scientific American says that “practicing creative-thinking techniques could improve anyone’s health by lowering stress and exercising the brain.” Good news!

Sometimes, it’s tough to come up with creative ideas.

1. Pick a problem / Subject for brainstorm
2. Walk at comfortable pace while brainstorming
3. Come up with as many ideas as you can
4. Speak and record your ideas
5. Cap your time

I have come up with many creative ideas when exercising, which is one reason I love to exercise.
