What’s a Life Coach?
A life coach is someone who helps others make progress in their lives in order to attain greater fulfillment!
Like many of you, I struggled indulging in emotions such as stress, worry and overwhelm, and was a serious people pleaser!
Believe it or not, the reason I suffered was because of thoughts and beliefs that weren’t serving me.
Once I became aware of this, I was able to manage my mind in a more productive way!
Here are some of the major changes I’ve made in my life

- I no longer worry about things I have no control of…for the most part.
- I learned how to let people be themselves without trying to change them.
- I stopped people pleasing, and now show up as my authentic self.
- I remember that not everyone likes me, and that’s ok.
- I discovered how to create boundaries.
- I’m responsible for my own happiness.
Best of all, I live intentionally instead of letting life happen to me.
I’ve learned what works and what doesn’t work to get to a better place. Now I consider myself a living example of what’s possible.
