A Tasty Salad That’s Easy To Make!

Look at this delicious, healthy salad!  It took me about 5 minutes to make.

I actually made two of them at the same night.  Normally I create 3 or 4 salads at a time, but I was short on lettuce so I only created two!

I eat a healthy salad at least once a day, normally for dinner!  It’s not only colorful and bright, but it’s healthy and tasty too!

The ingredients are as follows:

  • Arugula
  • Spinach
  • Chick Peas
  • Tomatoes
  • Red Onion
  • Slivered Almonds
  • Cashews
  • Avocado

Just put as much as you want of each ingredient into the salad, except for the slivered almonds and cashews. Go easy on those! I top it off with some Balsamic Vinegar and it’s good to go!
