I don’t know about you, but I take a handful of supplements daily. This can be time consuming especially if you have to open each bottle every single day!
How much time do you spend taking supplements and prescription pills each day? I bet there are a few of you out there that could be opening up your bottles one at a time still. Am I right?
Why waste precious time?
It takes only about 10 minutes to fill my 28 day vitamin holder every two weeks. I love it because I don’t have to open the bottles one by one. I just open a tray twice a day, grab my handful of supplements and swallow.

Do you own a pill organizer? They are relatively inexpensive. You can purchase them at most drug stores and online as well.
