I’ll admit it, I watch a couple reality shows and have read all three books in the Fifty Shades of Grey trilogy. Sometimes I actually learn things that are educational.  That’s right, I said “educational”.

After doing a search online, I discovered Solution Focus Therapy was actually a REAL therapy! This therapy is very positive and focuses on solutions not problems and designed to help you achieve your goals. It celebrates small successes and brings them into awareness in order to repeat the successes. Pretty interesting. Would you try it?

Walk And Talk Therapy!

Not too long ago, I watched a reality show where the wife was getting “Walk & Talk Therapy”.

Forget The Therapy Couch!

Walk & Talk therapy is just what it states, you discuss issues while walking. When you walk, it activates the brain and as a bonus, you get some exercise and a good mind and body connection.

Online Therapy!

I also discovered online counseling, where you can actually sit on the couch in your own house using Skype.

Sometimes we just need to speak to a professional that can guide us in the right direction, no matter if it’s on a couch, online or walking outside!
