Nutrient Rich: Green Drink Recipe!

Are you looking for a healthy, nutrient rich, green drink recipe? If so, you’ve come to the right place.

My Sister In Law wanted to learn how to use the Vitamix and make a green drink recipe, so she came over and watched a demonstration. This is one silly video, but you CAN actually see the green drink recipe below:

Ingredients are as follows:

  • A couple shakes of Spirulina
  • 1 carton of Almond Milk
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Organic Apple
  • 6 Organic Dates
  • 1 Bag of Organic Mixed Greens

Blend all in the Vitamix and pour into Blender bottles. It’s that simple and tasty too!

So easy to make!

She tried it and loved it. I made it with no ice because I was making them for the work week. If you want to drink right away, you can add ice at the time of making your green drink.

Make Your Green Drinks In Advance!

I usually make the green drinks in advance for the week. My husband loves to include this healthy drink as part of his healthy lifestyle.

Dates Are A Great Substitute For Sugar!

By the way, one of the ways to stop eating sugar is to replace sugar with organic dates, which I usually include in all of the green drinks. Why eat sugar when this is a great substitute?  He honestly can’t live without his daily healthy drink, it’s a must for him AND it keeps him full.
