Marie says:

So it it crunchy with the seeds in it?

Kim says:

Hi Marie, the seeds turn into a gel like texture. It’s not really crunchy, it’s comes out like Tapioca!

MishiRN says:

Hi!
Im severely allergic to nuts…can this be made with Lactaid instead? Thanks:)

Kim says:

Hi Mishi, thanks for the comment. I would assume that you could use Lactaid, since the gel that’s forming comes from the Chia Seeds. Let me know if you try it and what the results are. You are not allergic to Chia Seeds are you?

Darlene says:

I’ve recently become a huge fan of chia seeds, so I will have to try this recipe! How come you don’t stir in the stevia and cinnamon after you put it on top?

Kim says:

Hi Darlene! Thanks for the comment! I hope you like it, PLEASE let me know how it turns out. You can stir it anytime you want. I just wait until the next day. You can do it either way.
