Check Out This Delicious Oatmeal Recipe!

1 Tbspn of Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup of Oatmeal
1/8 Cup Raisins
1/8 Cup Slivered Almonds
1 Tablespoon Almond Butter or 1/2 Packet of Stevia
1/4 Cup Frozen Blueberries
Dash of Cinnamon

Combine ingredients and add enough water to cover all. Stir, and microwave for 2 minutes. Let sit for about 10 minutes and then dig in!

Cholesterol numbers are determined by exercise, healthful eating and genetics. I find that as I get older, I have to be super-vigilant with exercising and eating to control the genetic factor.
