Next time you visit your doctor, you may want to obtain a copy of your blood panel results. Not only is it important for your health to know your cholesterol numbers, but you should also know your blood pressure, vitamin D levels, and glucose numbers to name a few. Once you know these numbers, you and your doctor can adjust your lifestyle and diet accordingly.

These cholesterol results are from my blood panel of 2011, and a direct result of what eating healthy, and exercising can do. My doctor’s comment was “these scores are unheard of”. Every year my numbers are excellent and all with NO PILLS!! Imagine that! Pretty good huh?
Even though my cholesterol scores have always been excellent, since becoming a vegetarian, my scores are even BETTER than they ever have been! The reason I’m sharing is to show you what a life of wellness has done for me. If your numbers are not where you want them to be, maybe this will inspire you to take the necessary steps to living a healthy life.
