If you want to have a fun time in your kitchen, gather your friends together and make a healthy green drink! There’s NOTHING more fun!

Recipe for Apple Pie Green Drink

Blend Time:

90 seconds

Assembly Time:

5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 Carton of Non-Dairy Milk (I prefer almond)
  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 Apples Sliced
  • 6 – 8 Dates
  • Handful of Greens (kale, spinach, etc.)

Instructions:

  1. Put all ingredients into the Vitamix
  2. Blend ingredients on low and gradually move up to highest speed for about 90 seconds

Pour into glasses and enjoy!
