Great ideas! Tried the soap remedy and it didn’t work for me, however, after a lot of years, my sister still has a bar of soap at the foot of her bed.

I now find that taking a magnesium tablet works fine for me. It seems when my feet are very cold I’m more likely to get foot cramps.

Magnesium and keeping toasty warm does it for me!

Thanks for the comment! Does your sister use Ivory soap or is there another one with magnesium? Glad the supplement works for you too!

I have a bar of Irish Spring soap in my bed. Don’t know if it works, because I haven’t really suffered from leg cramps or restless leg syndrome, but maybe that’s why!

Love Epsom salts especially after an intense tennis workout. Also add a half cup of baking soda to the hot water.

Hi Casey, and thanks for the comment! Irish Spring supposedly has no magnesium in it, but if it works…cool!! Thanks for the relaxing recipe of Epsom Salts, baking soda and hot water. I’ll have to try it!
